With this workshop, we aimed to merge the main objectives envisioned for the 3\n            <jats:sup>\n              <jats:italic>rd<\/jats:italic>\n            <\/jats:sup>\n            Edition of the Workshop of Knowledge-aware and Conversational Recommender Systems and the 5\n            <jats:sup>\n              <jats:italic>th<\/jats:italic>\n            <\/jats:sup>\n            Edition of the Workshop on Recommendation in Complex Environments.
