It shows the current adoption and potential of GenAI-based transformation in the public sector. It also highlights risks and challenges of GenAI from different perspectives. The duality of GenAI as a creative and productive assistant in the public administration and service delivery, and as a structured analytical tool for decision-making support can make GenAI a favorite tool of trade and a catalyst for public sector transformation.
