The development, validation and\nexplanation of this new method has been carefully carried out. We have applied this\nprocedure to standard submicron MOSFETs and after having obtained the mobility\ndependence on both the transverse\u2010 and longitudinal\u2010electric fields we reproduced the\nexperimental output curves.
