Two\ndifferent <jats:italic>ab initio<\/jats:italic> methods have been used to calculate the full\u2010band structure and the\nelectronic properties of the polymorphs. In particular, the Hartree\u2010Fock (HF) and\nDensity\u2010Functional Theory (DFT) approaches have been selected. A comparison of\nthe energy\u2010band branches and DOS shapes is reported, showing the similarities of\nthe electrical properties that characterize the polymorphs under study.
