Periodic travelling-wave solutions with an arbitrary fundamental period<mml:math xmlns:mml=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/1998\/Math\/MathML\" id=\"E2\"><mml:mrow><mml:msub><mml:mi>T<\/mml:mi><mml:mn>0<\/mml:mn><\/mml:msub><\/mml:mrow><\/mml:math>will be built by using Jacobian elliptic functions. Stability (orbital) of these solutions by periodic disturbances with period<mml:math xmlns:mml=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/1998\/Math\/MathML\" id=\"E3\"><mml:mrow><mml:msub><mml:mi>T<\/mml:mi><mml:mn>0<\/mml:mn><\/mml:msub><\/mml:mrow><\/mml:math>will be a consequence of the general stability criteria given by M. Grillakis, J. Shatah, and W. Strauss.
