A typical 0.18\u2009<jats:italic>\u03bc<\/jats:italic>m CMOS foundry process was used as the study platform. The varactors\u2032 capacitance\u2010voltage characteristics and cutoff frequencies have been examined up to 55\u2009GHz. The primary aim of this work is to design varactors that can improve nonlinear\u2010transmission\u2010line (NLTL) pulse\u2010compression circuits.
