Then the relations between fuzzy<mml:math xmlns:mml=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/1998\/Math\/MathML\" id=\"M2\"><mml:mrow><mml:mi>h<\/mml:mi><\/mml:mrow><\/mml:math>-ideals and falling fuzzy<mml:math xmlns:mml=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/1998\/Math\/MathML\" id=\"M3\"><mml:mrow><mml:mi>h<\/mml:mi><\/mml:mrow><\/mml:math>-ideals are described. In particular, by means of falling fuzzy<mml:math xmlns:mml=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/1998\/Math\/MathML\" id=\"M4\"><mml:mrow><mml:mi>h<\/mml:mi><\/mml:mrow><\/mml:math>-ideals, the charac-terizations of<mml:math xmlns:mml=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/1998\/Math\/MathML\" id=\"M5\"><mml:mrow><mml:mi>h<\/mml:mi><\/mml:mrow><\/mml:math>-hemiregular hemirings are investigated based on independent (prefect positive correlation) probability
