Then, as an application, we are concerned with a class of Lasota-Wazewska models on time scales. By means of the fixed point theory and differential inequality techniques on time scales, we obtain some sufficient conditions ensuring the existence and global exponential stability of<mml:math xmlns:mml=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/1998\/Math\/MathML\" id=\"M3\"><mml:mrow><mml:msup><mml:mrow><mml:mi>C<\/mml:mi><\/mml:mrow><mml:mrow><mml:mn>1<\/mml:mn><\/mml:mrow><\/mml:msup><\/mml:mrow><\/mml:math>-almost periodic solutions for the considered model. Our results are essentially new when<mml:math xmlns:mml=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/1998\/Math\/MathML\" id=\"M4\"><mml:mi mathvariant=\"double-struck\">T<\/mml:mi><mml:mo>=<\/mml:mo><mml:mi mathvariant=\"double-struck\">R<\/mml:mi><\/mml:math>or<mml:math xmlns:mml=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/1998\/Math\/MathML\" id=\"M5\"><mml:mi mathvariant=\"double-struck\">T<\/mml:mi><mml:mo>=<\/mml:mo><mml:mi mathvariant=\"double-struck\">Z<\/mml:mi><\/mml:math>.
