For this, we designed a transmission protocol network performance measurement simulator. The network simulator was simplified and, thus, could be used for all types of protocol tests. It enabled transmission control protocol (TCP) and user datagram protocol (UDP) transmission and reception regardless of the number of times of transmission and reception.
