It is shown that, given an initial formaldehyde concentration of \u223c0.2\u2009ppm, the reactor removes 15\u223c80% of the formaldehyde at a height of 107\u2009cm and 20\u223c73% at a height of 180\u2009cm after 5.5 hours. Moreover, it is shown that, in decomposing the formaldehyde, the reaction process does not generate O<jats:sub>3<\/jats:sub>.
