The introduced algorithm takes practical constraints including interference to the Licensed Users (LUs), co-channel interference (CCI) among CM2M devices, and Maximum Aggregation Span (MAS) into consideration. Simulation results show clearly that the proposed algorithm outperforms State-Of-The-Art (SOTA) algorithms in terms of spectrum utilisation and network capacity.
