However, traditional methods may be unaware of promoting the degree of the sparsity adaptively after decomposing into low rank component and sparse component. In this paper, a new problem formulation with regular spectral <mml:math xmlns:mml=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/1998\/Math\/MathML\" id=\"M2\"><mml:mrow><mml:mi>k<\/mml:mi><\/mml:mrow><\/mml:math>-support norm and regular <mml:math xmlns:mml=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/1998\/Math\/MathML\" id=\"M3\"><mml:mrow><mml:mi>k<\/mml:mi><\/mml:mrow><\/mml:math>-support <mml:math xmlns:mml=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/1998\/Math\/MathML\" id=\"M4\"><mml:mrow><mml:msub><mml:mrow><mml:mi mathvariant=\"script\">l<\/mml:mi><\/mml:mrow><mml:mrow><mml:mn mathvariant=\"normal\">1<\/mml:mn><\/mml:mrow><\/mml:msub><\/mml:mrow><\/mml:math> norm is proposed. A unified framework is developed to capture the intrinsic sparsity structure of all two components. To address the resulting problem, an efficient minimization scheme within the framework of accelerated proximal gradient is proposed. This scheme is achieved by alternating regular <mml:math xmlns:mml=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/1998\/Math\/MathML\" id=\"M5\"><mml:mrow><mml:mi>k<\/mml:mi><\/mml:mrow><\/mml:math>-shrinkage thresholding operator.
