Threshold parameter<mml:math xmlns:mml=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/1998\/Math\/MathML\" id=\"M1\"><mml:mrow><mml:msub><mml:mrow><mml:mi>R<\/mml:mi><\/mml:mrow><mml:mrow><mml:mn mathvariant=\"normal\">0<\/mml:mn><\/mml:mrow><\/mml:msub><\/mml:mrow><\/mml:math>is given by linear next infection operator, which determined the dynamic behaviors of system. We obtain that when<mml:math xmlns:mml=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/1998\/Math\/MathML\" id=\"M2\"><mml:msub><mml:mrow><mml:mi>R<\/mml:mi><\/mml:mrow><mml:mrow><mml:mn mathvariant=\"normal\">0<\/mml:mn><\/mml:mrow><\/mml:msub><mml:mo>&lt;<\/mml:mo><mml:mn mathvariant=\"normal\">1<\/mml:mn><\/mml:math>, the disease-free periodic solution is globally asymptotically stable and when<mml:math xmlns:mml=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/1998\/Math\/MathML\" id=\"M3\"><mml:msub><mml:mrow><mml:mi>R<\/mml:mi><\/mml:mrow><mml:mrow><mml:mn mathvariant=\"normal\">0<\/mml:mn><\/mml:mrow><\/mml:msub><mml:mo>&gt;<\/mml:mo><mml:mn mathvariant=\"normal\">1<\/mml:mn><\/mml:math>by Poincar\u00e9 map we obtain that disease is uniformly persistent. Numerical simulations support the results and sensitivity analysis shows effects of parameters on<mml:math xmlns:mml=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/1998\/Math\/MathML\" id=\"M4\"><mml:mrow><mml:msub><mml:mrow><mml:mi>R<\/mml:mi><\/mml:mrow><mml:mrow><mml:mn mathvariant=\"normal\">0<\/mml:mn><\/mml:mrow><\/mml:msub><\/mml:mrow><\/mml:math>, which provided references to seek optimal measures to control the transmission of lymphatic
