Hence, the traffic model of handoff call will be<mml:math xmlns:mml=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/1998\/Math\/MathML\" id=\"M2\"><mml:mi>M<\/mml:mi><mml:mo>\/<\/mml:mo><mml:mi>M<\/mml:mi><mml:mo>\/<\/mml:mo><mml:mi>n<\/mml:mi><mml:mo>\/<\/mml:mo><mml:mi>k<\/mml:mi><mml:mo>\/<\/mml:mo><mml:mi>N<\/mml:mi><\/mml:math>. In this paper, a<mml:math xmlns:mml=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/1998\/Math\/MathML\" id=\"M3\"><mml:mrow><mml:mi>K<\/mml:mi><\/mml:mrow><\/mml:math>-dimensional traffic model of a mobile cellular network is proposed using the combination of limited and unlimited users case. A new call admission scheme (CAS) is proposed based on both thinning scheme and fading condition.
