We introduce the hesitant fuzzy left (resp., right and two-sided) ideal, hesitant fuzzy bi-ideal, and hesitant fuzzy interior ideal in <mml:math xmlns:mml=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/1998\/Math\/MathML\" id=\"M3\"><mml:mrow><mml:mi mathvariant=\"normal\">\u0393<\/mml:mi><\/mml:mrow><\/mml:math>-semigroup and study some properties of them. Finally, a characterization of a simple <mml:math xmlns:mml=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/1998\/Math\/MathML\" id=\"M4\"><mml:mrow><mml:mi mathvariant=\"normal\">\u0393<\/mml:mi><\/mml:mrow><\/mml:math>-semigroup by means of a hesitant fuzzy simple <mml:math xmlns:mml=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/1998\/Math\/MathML\" id=\"M5\"><mml:mrow><mml:mi mathvariant=\"normal\">\u0393<\/mml:mi><\/mml:mrow><\/mml:math>-semigroup is
