This solution uses a Phase Correlation (PC) method, initially applied for Continuous Wave (CW) signals, adapted for Ultra WideBand (UWB) pulse signals. The obtained results are compared to those computed by a classical Energy Detection (ED) method where it becomes impossible to estimate azimuth angles for tag positions close to the orthogonal centered axis of the localization system baseline.<\/jats:p>","DOI":"10.1155\/2020\/2603861","type":"journal-article","created":{"date-parts":[[2020,6,10]],"date-time":"2020-06-10T23:31:39Z","timestamp":1591831899000},"page":"1-8","source":"Crossref","is-referenced-by-count":4,"title":["Improvement of the Angle of Arrival Measurement Accuracy for Indoor UWB Localization"],"prefix":"10.1155","volume":"2020","author":[{"given":"N.","family":"Awarkeh","sequence":"first","affiliation":[{"name":"LTCI, Telecom Paris, IP Paris, Paris, France"}]},{"ORCID":"https:\/\/orcid.org\/0000-0002-0190-586X","authenticated-orcid":true,"given":"J.-C.","family":"Cousin","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"LTCI, Telecom Paris, IP Paris, Paris, France"}]},{"given":"M.","family":"Muller","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"SAMOVAR, Telecom SudParis, IP Paris, Evry, France"}]},{"given":"N.","family":"Samama","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"SAMOVAR, Telecom SudParis, IP Paris, Evry, France"}]}],"member":"311","reference":[{"doi-asserted-by":"publisher","key":"3","DOI":"10.1109\/LAWP.2005.844145"},{"doi-asserted-by":"publisher","key":"5","DOI":"10.1109\/TMTT.2006.872044"},{"volume":"44","year":"2001","journal-title":"Microwave Journal-Technical Features","key":"10"},{"doi-asserted-by":"publisher","key":"11","DOI":"10.1109\/19.903875"},{"doi-asserted-by":"publisher","key":"12","DOI":"10.1109\/TMTT.2006.872053"},{"doi-asserted-by":"publisher","key":"13","DOI":"10.1109\/LCOMM.2005.1576576"}],"container-title":["Journal of Sensors"],"original-title":[],"language":"en","link":[{"URL":"http:\/\/downloads.hindawi.com\/journals\/js\/2020\/2603861.pdf","content-type":"application\/pdf","content-version":"vor","intended-application":"text-mining"},{"URL":"http:\/\/downloads.hindawi.com\/journals\/js\/2020\/2603861.xml","content-type":"application\/xml","content-version":"vor","intended-application":"text-mining"},{"URL":"http:\/\/downloads.hindawi.com\/journals\/js\/2020\/2603861.pdf","content-type":"unspecified","content-version":"vor","intended-application":"similarity-checking"}],"deposited":{"date-parts":[[2020,6,10]],"date-time":"2020-06-10T23:31:43Z","timestamp":1591831903000},"score":1,"resource":{"primary":{"URL":"https:\/\/www.hindawi.com\/journals\/js\/2020\/2603861\/"}},"subtitle":[],"short-title":[],"issued":{"date-parts":[[2020,6,10]]},"references-count":6,"alternative-id":["2603861","2603861"],"URL":"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1155\/2020\/2603861","relation":{},"ISSN":["1687-725X","1687-7268"],"issn-type":[{"type":"print","value":"1687-725X"},{"type":"electronic","value":"1687-7268"}],"subject":[],"published":{"date-parts":[[2020,6,10]]}}}
