This paper proposes a Markov chain position prediction model based on multidimensional correction (MDC\u2010MCM). Firstly, extract corresponding information from the user\u2019s historical check\u2010in position sequence as a position\u2010position conversion map. Secondly, the influence of check\u2010in period, space distance, and other factors on the position prediction is linearly weighted and merged with the position prediction of the <jats:italic>n<\/jats:italic>\u2010order Markov chain to construct MDC\u2010MCM. Finally, we conduct a comprehensive performance evaluation of MDC\u2010MCM using the dataset collected from Brightkite.
