In this work, we examine the Wiener index within the framework of generalised subdivision graph operations. We establish precise bounds for the Wiener index of the generalised subdivision vertex neighbourhood corona for graphs with diameter at most 3 and the generalised subdivision edge neighbourhood corona for graphs with diameter at most 2. Moreover, we present a closed\u2010form expression for the hyper\u2010Wiener index.
