Several fundamental properties and theorems of the CLET are derived and discussed. Using these properties, we demonstrate how fractional integral, ordinary, and partial differential equations can be systematically reduced to simpler algebraic forms. Numerical examples and graphical results are presented to illustrate the efficiency of the proposed approach.
