However, users in reality are bounded rational economic agents, and their responses to electricity prices or incentive measures exhibit heterogeneity and uncertainty. This paper proposes a distribution network loss reduction strategy based on the bounded rational resident load demand response scheduling and distribution network reconfiguration. Firstly, considering the information interaction, strategy learning, and updating of users in their response to electricity prices, a user demand response analysis model based on evolutionary game theory on social networks is proposed. Secondly, the time\u2010of\u2010use price is optimized with the goal of minimizing the load fluctuation of distribution networks considering the bounded rational response behavior of residential users, and the residential loads are reasonably distributed on the time scale. Then, considering the influence of spatial difference of residential loads on the power flow and voltage distribution, the distribution network is reconstructed by using flexible switches to transfer power flow and improve voltage quality.
