Energy optimization in mobile and dynamic situations is still a constant problem, though. In this paper, a dual\u2010model architecture is proposed, which combines a unified real\u2010time energy estimating engine based on path loss (PL) predictions with adaptive frequency scaling (AFS). The first model uses a frequency\u2010aware energy model\u2010derived from wireless body area networks (WBAN) and the close\u2010in (CI) route loss model to determine the best transmission frequency. For continuous energy estimation and strategic optimization in autonomous robotic deployments, the second model integrates real\u2010time environmental data into a single mathematical equation. Simulations that show significant transmission energy savings while preserving signal integrity are used to validate the suggested methodology. This work offers a modular and scalable approach to energy\u2010efficient robotic networking that is especially well\u2010suited for transportable sensor platforms, field robotics, and disaster response.
