The volatile compounds Fe[(C<jats:sub>2<\/jats:sub>H<jats:sub>5<\/jats:sub>)<jats:sub>2<\/jats:sub>NCS<jats:sub>2<\/jats:sub>]<jats:sub>3<\/jats:sub>and [(CH<jats:sub>3<\/jats:sub>)C]<jats:sub>2<\/jats:sub>S<jats:sub>2<\/jats:sub>were used to prepare doped TiO<jats:sub>2<\/jats:sub>films. The synthesis was done in vacuum or in the presence of Ar and O<jats:sub>2<\/jats:sub>. The pressure in the CVD chamber was varied between<mml:math xmlns:mml=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/1998\/Math\/MathML\"><mml:mrow><mml:mn>1.2<\/mml:mn><mml:mo>\u00d7<\/mml:mo><mml:msup><mml:mrow><mml:mn>10<\/mml:mn><\/mml:mrow><mml:mrow><mml:mo>\u2212<\/mml:mo><mml:mn>4<\/mml:mn><\/mml:mrow><\/mml:msup><mml:mtext>\u2009<\/mml:mtext><\/mml:mrow><\/mml:math>mbar and 0.1\u2009mbar, with the system working either in the molecular beam or gas flow regime. Physical, chemical, and photocatalytic properties of the (Fe, S)-doped TiO<jats:sub>2<\/jats:sub>films were studied.
