Their sera contained \u03b3&lt;sub&gt;2&lt;\/sub&gt;-globulin, which in the presence of specific antigen inhibited in vitro the migration of blood leukocytes from nonimmunized animals. The \u03b3&lt;sub&gt;1&lt;\/sub&gt;-globulin fraction did not.
