The accompanying degranulation process is characterized by a formation of channels of fused mast cell granules and by an exocytotic extrusion of altered granule material. Simultaneously, large numbers of newly formed 70 \u00c5 filaments occur. These filaments probably have a key function in secreting human mast cells.<\/jats:p>","DOI":"10.1159\/000232022","type":"journal-article","created":{"date-parts":[[2009,7,28]],"date-time":"2009-07-28T02:24:43Z","timestamp":1248747883000},"page":"188-192","source":"Crossref","is-referenced-by-count":24,"title":["Ultrastructure of Isolated Human Mast Cells during Histamine Release Induced by Ionophore A 23187"],"prefix":"10.1159","author":[{"given":"H.","family":"Behrendt","sequence":"first","affiliation":[],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]},{"given":"U.","family":"Rosenkranz","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]},{"given":"W.","family":"Schmutzler","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]}],"member":"127","published-online":{"date-parts":[[2009,7,28]]},"container-title":["International Archives of Allergy and Applied Immunology"],"original-title":[],"language":"en","link":[{"URL":"https:\/\/www.karger.com\/Article\/Pdf\/232022","content-type":"application\/pdf","content-version":"vor","intended-application":"text-mining"},{"URL":"https:\/\/karger.com\/article-pdf\/doi\/10.1159\/000232022","content-type":"unspecified","content-version":"vor","intended-application":"similarity-checking"}],"deposited":{"date-parts":[[2026,5,1]],"date-time":"2026-05-01T10:20:54Z","timestamp":1777630854000},"score":1,"resource":{"primary":{"URL":"https:\/\/karger.com\/article\/doi\/10.1159\/000232022"}},"subtitle":[],"short-title":[],"issued":{"date-parts":[[2009,7,28]]},"references-count":0,"URL":"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1159\/000232022","archive":["Portico"],"relation":{},"ISSN":["0020-5915","2571-6662"],"issn-type":[{"value":"0020-5915","type":"print"},{"value":"2571-6662","type":"electronic"}],"subject":[],"published":{"date-parts":[[2009,7,28]]}}}
