A terminology\n\t\t\t\t\t\tfor the vulval region structures observed is proposed herein and illustrated\n\t\t\t\t\t\tby micrographs and line drawings. It was shown that, of the studied species,\n\t\t\t\t\t\tonly B. mucronatus and B. xylophilus share an identical morphology of the\n\t\t\t\t\t\tvulval region, all other species differing significantly from each other and\n\t\t\t\t\t\tfrom both B. mucronatus and B. xylophilus.
