Based on the Lyapunov-Krasovskii approach and the average dwell time technique, sufficient conditions are derived in the form of linear matrix inequalities to design a static output feedback controller for robust stabilization of a switched system. These conditions rely on the upper bounds of the switching lag between the controllers and subsystems, time-varying delay, and uncertain parameters. Using affine parametric uncertainties leads to a conservatism reduction in the control problem. Simulation results are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed
