Their model is established as locally overlapped switched systems to reduce conservatism. The delays and the packet losses are transformed into the parameters of polytopic systems. The switched parameter-dependent fault detection filter (FDF) is then designed. The fault detection system stability and its\n                    <jats:inline-formula>\n                      <mml:math xmlns:mml=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/1998\/Math\/MathML\" display=\"inline\" overflow=\"scroll\">\n                        <mml:mrow>\n                          <mml:msub>\n                            <mml:mrow>\n                              <mml:mi>l<\/mml:mi>\n                            <\/mml:mrow>\n                            <mml:mrow>\n                              <mml:mn>2<\/mml:mn>\n                            <\/mml:mrow>\n                          <\/mml:msub>\n                        <\/mml:mrow>\n                      <\/mml:math>\n                    <\/jats:inline-formula>\n                    performance under asynchronous switching with average dwell time are analyzed. Moreover, a parity-space\u2013based optimization approach is presented to guarantee that the modified residual signal is sensitive to fault but robust to disturbance.
