The nonlinear terms of the studied system satisfy the homogeneous growth condition with unknown growth rate. A novel dynamic-gain observer and a Lyapunov\u2013Krasovskii functional are proposed to address the system uncertainties and time-varying delay. An adaptive ET control scheme is designed, featuring dynamic adjustability of the trigger threshold. Simultaneously, it can be proved that all closed-loop signals are bounded almost surely (a.s.).
