It is a crucial task to evaluate the performance of each government website. The traditional evaluation processes based on experts are criticised as being subjective and cannot work in real time. This article proposes a framework and automatic assessment system for evaluating the performance of government websites in real time. To test the proposed framework and the automatic assessment system, we evaluate and classify 70 websites from Shaanxi Province of China.
