In total, 545 questionnaires were returned, resulting in a recovery rate of 99%.<\/jats:p>\n                  <\/jats:sec>\n                  <jats:sec>\n                    <jats:title>Results<\/jats:title>\n                    <jats:p>Accepting the hypothesized structural equation model, this study found that information, system, and service quality were influenced by the mediating effect of perceived ease of use and the perceived usefulness of the technology acceptance model.
