The median DISCERN score was 30.0 (IQR 28.5\u201334.4), indicating poor quality overall. Compared to videos rated as \u201cgood\u201d, the \u201cpoor\u201d videos had significantly shorter durations (\n                    <jats:italic toggle=\"yes\">P<\/jats:italic>\n                    = 0.040). The overall median understandability and actionability scores were 81.8% (IQR 75.0\u201390.9%) and 0% (IQR 0.0\u201366.7%), respectively, indicating good understandability but extremely poor actionability. Only one met all four JAMA benchmarks.
