This study explores the implementation of peer review as an interactive learning approach within these digital environments. Primarily, it focuses on addressing the challenges of inconsistent evaluation standards and inaccurate cognitive diagnostics, which have historically limited the effectiveness of peer review in educational assessments. This study aims to enhance the accuracy and fairness of peer review in online education. Two models are proposed: a Fuzzy Cognitive Diagnostic Framework (Fuzzy-CDF) and a weighted PageRank peer review model. The Fuzzy-CDF is designed to evaluate students\u2019 learning abilities and knowledge mastery with greater precision. Conversely, the weighted PageRank model leverages social media interaction data to assess students\u2019 influence in peer review, aiming for more equitable evaluation outcomes. Through these methodologies, it has been found that issues of inconsistent evaluation standards and inaccuracies in cognitive diagnostics can be effectively addressed, thereby improving the effectiveness of peer review.
