This study aims to explore the application of big data in college English teaching and assess its potential to improve teaching quality and learning outcomes. Data on teachers\u2019 and students\u2019 attitudes, knowledge level, and frequency of use of big data technology were collected through questionnaires. Based on these data, a predictive model was constructed to analyze the relationship between these factors and attitudes toward big data technology. The study found that the level of knowledge and the frequency of use had a significant impact on the attitudes of teachers and students. In addition, by evaluating the effectiveness of the model, we confirm its potential value in practical teaching applications.
