In this paper, we constructed the AI-CIM model and AI-MOM model based on AI technology. Specifically, we constructed the AI-CIM model based on RNN, which can realize the function of generating innovative teaching content based on existing materials. We constructed the Teaching Method Optimization Model based on TCN, which can realize the function of providing suggestions to teachers based on students\u2019 existing loading and performance. We validate the effectiveness of the model through empirical analysis. The results show that the posttest scores of students in the experimental group in listening, reading, writing, speaking, and total scores are significantly different from the pretest scores.
