Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) improves the efficiency of financial information processing and the quality of information management by coordinating and comprehensively managing all company departments. In the fierce market competition, although electric power enterprises may have some competitiveness, there are still many defects in the core financial management of electric power enterprises due to the low level of financial information. Therefore, this paper studied the application prospect of ERP in power financial informatization by analyzing the challenges and impacts of power financial informatization. Finally, according to the problems in the application, the adaptive computing model was used to solve them, and the corresponding solutions were proposed. Through experimental analysis, it was found that the enterprise informatization level under the new financial model was 12.3% higher than the traditional model, and the financial risk level was 36.6% lower than the traditional model. It could be seen that ERP could promote the development of power financial informatization and the accuracy of adaptive index calculation.<\/jats:p>","DOI":"10.1177\/18724981241301706","type":"journal-article","created":{"date-parts":[[2025,5,20]],"date-time":"2025-05-20T09:51:32Z","timestamp":1747734692000},"page":"876-887","update-policy":"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1177\/sage-journals-update-policy","source":"Crossref","is-referenced-by-count":0,"title":["ERP based intelligent adaptive index and decision for power financial information"],"prefix":"10.1177","volume":"19","author":[{"given":"Weilun","family":"Chen","sequence":"first","affiliation":[{"name":"State Grid Info-Telecom Great Power Science and Technology Co., Ltd., Fuzhou, Fujian, China"}]},{"given":"Zehua","family":"Han","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"State Grid Information and Communication Co., Ltd., Beijing, China"}]},{"given":"Yanfeng","family":"Ye","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"State Grid Info-Telecom Great Power Science and Technology Co., Ltd., Fuzhou, Fujian, China"}]},{"given":"Yi","family":"Luo","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"State Grid Info-Telecom Great Power Science and Technology Co., Ltd., Fuzhou, Fujian, China"}]},{"given":"Mingxia","family":"Lin","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"State Grid Info-Telecom Great Power Science and Technology Co., Ltd., Fuzhou, Fujian, China"}]},{"given":"Wenpei","family":"Yan","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"State Grid Info-Telecom Great Power Science and Technology Co., Ltd., Fuzhou, Fujian, China"}]}],"member":"179","published-online":{"date-parts":[[2024,12,5]]},"reference":[{"key":"e_1_3_2_2_2","doi-asserted-by":"publisher","DOI":"10.1016\/j.ijforecast.2019.03.005"},{"key":"e_1_3_2_3_2","doi-asserted-by":"publisher","DOI":"10.1057\/s41265-016-0027-1"},{"key":"e_1_3_2_4_2","first-page":"1112","article-title":"The influence of financial information, financial self-efficacy, and emotional intelligence to financial management behavior of female lecturer","volume":"7","author":"Asandimitra N","year":"2019","unstructured":"Asandimitra N, Kautsar A.
