Even though polyamides are produced as near net shapes, machining has to be performed in the final stage of production. In this article an attempt was been made to study the effects of cutting speed and feed rate on machining force, cutting power, and specific cutting pressure during turning of PA6 and PA66 GF30 polyamides with K10 carbide tool.
