Therefore, this study aims to identify accessibility issues encountered by travelers with disabilities during their travels and to examine the impact of these issues on their behavior in reducing uncertainty within the online travel community. To achieve the research objectives, the present study performed an integrated approach that combines text analytics and robust regression analysis. The findings of this study provide guidelines for tourism and hospitality management to reduce the perceived uncertainty experienced by travelers with disabilities, thereby promoting the accessibility of tourism and hospitality services.<\/jats:p>","DOI":"10.1177\/10963480241275581","type":"journal-article","created":{"date-parts":[[2024,8,3]],"date-time":"2024-08-03T00:37:01Z","timestamp":1722645421000},"page":"1159-1174","update-policy":"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1177\/sage-journals-update-policy","source":"Crossref","is-referenced-by-count":2,"title":["Travelers With Disabilities: How Online Information Search Reduces Uncertainty About Service Accessibility in Hospitality and Tourism"],"prefix":"10.1177","volume":"49","author":[{"given":"Hyekyung","family":"Park","sequence":"first","affiliation":[{"name":"Dedman College of Hospitality, Florida State University, Tallahassee, FL, USA"}]},{"ORCID":"https:\/\/orcid.org\/0000-0002-5470-3065","authenticated-orcid":false,"given":"Eunhye","family":"Park","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"Department of Food and Nutrition, Gachon University, Seongnam, Republic of Korea"}]},{"ORCID":"https:\/\/orcid.org\/0000-0002-4044-0030","authenticated-orcid":false,"given":"Rui","family":"Costa","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"Department of Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering and Tourism, University of Aveiro, Aveiro, Portugal"}]},{"ORCID":"https:\/\/orcid.org\/0000-0002-4939-2936","authenticated-orcid":false,"given":"Minwoo","family":"Lee","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"Conrad N.
