Key themes identified include connection and identity, joy amidst adversity, rituals of connection, grief and loss, and legacy and memory.<\/jats:p>\n                  <\/jats:sec>\n                  <jats:sec>\n                    <jats:title>Conclusions:<\/jats:title>\n                    <jats:p>The findings suggest that hospital clown interventions can transform a clinical hospital environment into a space of joy, connection, and shared humanity.
