The advantage of the anova model is the possibility to evaluate multiple sources of variation in an experiment.<\/jats:p>\n              <\/jats:sec><jats:sec>\n                <jats:title>Results<\/jats:title>\n                <jats:p>AnovArray is a package implementing ANOVA for gene expression data using SAS<jats:sup>\u00ae<\/jats:sup> statistical software.
