Typhimurium biology and systems biology collaborated to reconcile and expand the <jats:italic>S<\/jats:italic>. Typhimurium BiGG knowledge-base. The consensus MR was obtained starting from two independently developed MRs for <jats:italic>S<\/jats:italic>. Typhimurium.
