The sensitivity and specificity of DCEUS and MDCT for the gross classification of GC was calculated and compared. The area under the curve (AUC) from a receiver operating characteristic curve analysis was used to evaluate the difference of the diagnostic performance between these two methods.<\/jats:p>\n              <\/jats:sec><jats:sec>\n                <jats:title>Results<\/jats:title>\n                <jats:p>There were no significant differences between DCEUS and MDCT in terms of AUC for early gastric cancer (EGC), Borrmann I, II, III and Borrmann (III\u2009+\u2009IV) (<jats:italic>P<\/jats:italic>\u2009=\u20090.248, 0.317, 0.717, 0.464 and 0.594, respectively).
