DCE-MRI and DWI were conducted, and various parameters including type of time-intensity curve(TIC), time to peak, peak enhancement, peak contrast enhancement, washout rate, apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC), and relative ADC were measured. Binary logistic regression and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis were employed to assess the diagnostic capability of individual and combined indices for differentiating nasal sinus lymphoma from nasal sinus carcinoma.<\/jats:p>\n              <\/jats:sec><jats:sec>\n                <jats:title>Results<\/jats:title>\n                <jats:p>Sinonasal lymphoma predominantly exhibited type II TIC(<jats:italic>n<\/jats:italic>\u2009=\u200920), whereas sinonasal carcinoma predominantly exhibited type III TIC(<jats:italic>n<\/jats:italic>\u2009=\u200923). Significant differences were observed in all parameters except washout ratio (<jats:italic>p<\/jats:italic>\u2009&lt;\u20090.05), and ADC value emerged as the most reliable diagnostic tool in single parameter.
