Both objective (Actigraph accelerometers) and self-reported (PAQ-c questionnaires) assessments of PA were performed. Changes were compared using T-Student and Chi-Square test. Gender differences were calculated using Anova.<\/jats:p>\n              <\/jats:sec><jats:sec>\n                <jats:title>Results<\/jats:title>\n                <jats:p>Weekly and daily minutes time spent in MVPA significantly decreased respectively by \u2212\u200930.59\u2009\u00b1\u2009120.87 and\u2009\u2212\u200915.32\u2009\u00b1\u200916.21 from before to during pandemic while the weekly time spent in sedentary behaviour increased (+\u20091196.01\u2009\u00b1\u2009381.49). PAQ-c scores followed the same negative trend (\u2212\u20090.87\u2009\u00b1\u20090.72).
