Two types of NOMA transmission, i.e., uplink (UL) and downlink (DL), have been explored in term of mathematical analysis. The first one is derivation of outage probability for UL, DL. The second, we find parameters to adjust system performance to meet requirement in design of NOMA in practice.<\/jats:p>","DOI":"10.12720\/jcm.16.6.236-241","type":"journal-article","created":{"date-parts":[[2021,5,25]],"date-time":"2021-05-25T06:41:01Z","timestamp":1621924861000},"page":"236-241","source":"Crossref","is-referenced-by-count":8,"title":["A Framework of Uplink-Downlink NOMA Protocol for Multiple Access in IoT-Oriented Networks"],"prefix":"10.12720","author":[{"name":"Faculty of Electronics Technology, Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam","sequence":"first","affiliation":[],"role":[{"vocabulary":"crossref","role":"author"}]},{"given":"Anh-Tu","family":"Le","sequence":"first","affiliation":[],"role":[{"vocabulary":"crossref","role":"author"}]},{"given":"Dinh-Thuan","family":"Do","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[],"role":[{"vocabulary":"crossref","role":"author"}]}],"member":"4977","published-online":{"date-parts":[[2021]]},"reference":[{"key":"ref0","doi-asserted-by":"publisher","unstructured":"[1] T.
