Der Einsatz dieser Eigenschaft f\u00fcr Anwendungsgebiete abseits von Kryptow\u00e4hrungen wird seit der Entwicklung von Smart Contracts und Custom Tokens immer interessanter. Bisher wurden Anwendungsf\u00e4lle prim\u00e4r f\u00fcr marktbezogene Transaktionen diskutiert. In diesem Beitrag soll dagegen auf organisationsinterne Steuerungsprozesse fokussiert werden, welche mit dieser Technologie neu gestaltet werden k\u00f6nnen. Beispiele betreffen die Verteilung und Steuerung von Projektt\u00e4tigkeiten, die Gestaltung interner Anreizsysteme oder auch Formen der Mitarbeiterbeteiligung. Als konkreter Testfall wird die Waves-Blockchain verwendet, welche eine benutzerfreundliche M\u00f6glichkeit bietet, eigene Tokens auf Basis einer \u00f6ffentlichen Blockchain zu erschaffen und zu transferieren. Diese M\u00f6glichkeit wurde f\u00fcr einen Anwendungsfall aus der Projektorganisation genutzt. Eine Projektgruppe bestehend aus Studierenden der Johannes Kepler Universit\u00e4t Linz soll sich untereinander und selbstst\u00e4ndig organisieren k\u00f6nnen. Verschiedene Projektaufgaben weisen eine unterschiedliche Wertigkeit auf, welche durch die \u201eKepler\u201c-Tokens abgebildet werden. Die Wertigkeit wird je nach Modell entweder von der Projektgruppe selbst bestimmt oder durch den Auftraggeber. Auch Hybrid-Varianten sind m\u00f6glich, wobei z.\u202fB. der Auftraggeber je nach Projektfortschritt oder Projektergebnis eine Anzahl an Tokens an das Team sendet, das sich diese untereinander aufteilt. Die Aufteilung passiert durch Transaktionen auf einer \u00f6ffentlichen Blockchain, somit ist sie transparent, f\u00fcr alle teilnehmenden Parteien sofort einsehbar und nachvollziehbar. Transaktionen k\u00f6nnen zwar indirekt r\u00fcckg\u00e4ngig gemacht werden, dies bleibt aber nicht verborgen. Auf gr\u00f6\u00dferer Ebene kann sich ein \u00d6kosystem entwickeln, wobei die eingesetzten Tokens einen reellen Wert entwickeln und gegen W\u00e4hrungen getauscht werden k\u00f6nnen. Wir erarbeiten Kriterien zur Auswahl einer Blockchain zur Schaffung von Tokens bzw. Kryptow\u00e4hrungen f\u00fcr organisationale Anwendungen.
