Dies kann besonders f\u00fcr Menschen im hohen Erwachsenenalter zu neuen Herausforderungen f\u00fchren und ihre gesellschaftliche Teilhabe erschweren. Digitale Unterhaltungsspiele am Tablet k\u00f6nnen beitragen, positive Einstiegserfahrungen mit interaktiven digitalen Medien zu sammeln und die weitere Auseinandersetzung mit diesen Medien f\u00f6rdern. Im vorliegenden Beitrag steht die effektive Unterst\u00fctzung von Senioren und Seniorinnen bei den ersten spielerischen Auseinandersetzungen mit dem Tablet im Mittelpunkt. Es werden wesentliche Elemente eines praxiserprobten Unterst\u00fctzungskonzepts eingef\u00fchrt und ein Leitfaden f\u00fcr Lernbegleiter\/innen vorgestellt. Der Leitfaden gibt detaillierte Anleitungen wie ein erfahrungsbasiertes Lehr-Lernarrangement mit vorausgew\u00e4hlten Spielen und einem Scaffolding-Ansatz vorbereitet und umgesetzt werden kann. Die Wirksamkeit des Lehr-Lernarrangements im Sinne der Zielsetzung konnte in mehreren qualitativen Studien gezeigt werden. Der Artikel gibt anhand von Beispielen aus diesen Studien vertieften Einblick in die einzelnen Phasen des Leitfadens, dessen Potentiale und Grenzen der Einsetzbarkeit.
