Kollaborative Robotersysteme erm\u00f6glichen neue Gestaltungsm\u00f6glichkeiten gerade in Montageprozessen. Anhand des Anwendungsbeispiels eines Getriebeherstellers wird in diesem Beitrag die Applikation eines kollaborierenden Systems f\u00fcr die variantenindividuelle Kleinserienmontage betrachtet. Als wesentliche Herausforderungen werden dabei die Schnittstellenkonzeption einer datengest\u00fctzten Integrationsplattform f\u00fcr digital vernetzte Assistenzsysteme sowie die sichere Interaktion zwischen Mensch und Roboter in beschr\u00e4nkten Kollaborationsr\u00e4umen diskutiert.
