Oblagen B\u00fcrgerbeteiligungsprozesse in der Vergangenheit zahlreichen H\u00fcrden, bietet die e\u2011Partizipation M\u00f6glichkeiten, sie mit modernen Technologien zu verbinden, die eine niedrigschwellige Teilhabe erm\u00f6glichen. In dem Forschungsprojekt Take Part, gef\u00f6rdert durch das Bundesministerium f\u00fcr Bildung und Forschung, werden innovative Formen der Beteiligung von B\u00fcrger:innen in der Stadt- und Bauplanung mithilfe von Augmented und Virtual Reality (AR und VR) erforscht. Dabei geht es vor allem darum, neue Anreize zu schaffen, B\u00fcrger:innen zur Beteiligung zu motivieren und durch diese das Konfliktpotential um Bauprojekte zu reduzieren. Mithilfe der innerhalb von Take Part entwickelten App k\u00f6nnen B\u00fcrger:innen Bauvorhaben diskutieren, Feedback geben oder \u00fcber sie abstimmen, w\u00e4hrend sie dabei den Beteiligungsgegenstand anschaulich in AR und VR pr\u00e4sentiert bekommen. Zugleich k\u00f6nnen auch Initiator:innen mithilfe eines Partizipations\u00f6kosystems die Beteiligung im jeweiligen Bauvorhaben konfigurieren, indem sie sowohl vorhandene Module kombinieren und konfigurieren, als auch passende Dienstleistungen, wie beispielsweise 3D-Modellierungen, einkaufen. In diesem Beitrag sollen die konkreten technologischen Entwicklungen (u.\u202fa. Outdoor-AR-Tracking und r\u00e4umlich verankerte Diskussionen), sowie das Partizipations\u00f6kosystem (Dienstentwicklungs- und Ausf\u00fchrungsplattform) vorgestellt werden. Erstmalig soll so der entwickelte Prototyp umfassend dargestellt werden. Auf die Herausforderung, eine e\u2011Partizipations-App zu entwickeln, die die M\u00f6glichkeit bietet, verschiedene Interaktionskonzepte ineinander zu integrieren und gleichzeitig eine \u00fcberzeugende User-Experience bietet, soll ebenfalls eingegangen werden.
