Auch Lernplattformen werden zur Vorauswahl und \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung eingesetzt. Der Artikel erkl\u00e4rt die technischen Grundlagen und M\u00f6glichkeiten des KI-gest\u00fctzten Recruitings und zeigt wirtschaftliche Chancen und Risiken auf.
