W\u00e4hrend die Digitalisierung einen schnellen Markteinstieg erm\u00f6glicht, ist es in der New Economy f\u00fcr junge Unternehmen mit begrenzten Ressourcen jedoch schwierig, von potenziellen Kunden wahrgenommen zu werden sowie eine kritische Masse an Nutzern zu erreichen. Growth Hacking ist der Oberbegriff f\u00fcr verschiedene kreative, technische und zugleich kosteng\u00fcnstige Methoden zur Wachstumsbeschleunigung. Bislang bestehen jedoch noch wenig wissenschaftlich gesicherte Erkenntnisse \u00fcber die Potenziale des Growth Hackings sowie dessen tats\u00e4chliche Auswirkungen auf das Unternehmenswachstum. Deshalb untersucht dieser Beitrag auf Basis von neun Experteninterviews den Nutzen und die Auswirkungen des Growth Hackings f\u00fcr Startups in der Wachstumsphase. Zudem werden aus den gewonnenen Erkenntnissen konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen f\u00fcr die praktische Anwendung des Growth Hackings abgeleitet.
